LION'S MANE

Texture and Flavor: Tender, meaty, and chewy, they have a mild, sweet, and savory flavor that can sometimes be reminiscent of seafood such as scallops, lobster, or crab. They often have a slight nutty flavor. Considering their richness, they make a great meat substitute or accompaniment to seafood.

Culinary Uses: When cooked, Lion's Mane mushrooms can take on flavors from other ingredients in a dish, making them versatile for various culinary applications. They are great for stir-fry, skewers, risotto, pasta, soups and broths, tacos, gourmet burgers, and more.

Benefits: Also known as the "Smart Mushroom," eating cooked Lion's Mane mushrooms offers a variety of health benefits. PIOPPINO MUSHROOM

Texture and Flavor: The beautiful Pioppino, aka Black Poplar, mushrooms are prized for their unique appearance, pleasant flavor, and versatility in cooking, making them popular among mushroom enthusiasts and chefs alike. They tend to have a rich, earthy taste with nutty and slightly peppery undertones.

Culinary Uses: They pair well with garlic, herbs, onions, and various sauces and seasonings. They are great sautéed, grilled, roasted, and go great with pasta, risotto, salads, soups, and stir-fries.

BLUE OYSTER

CHESTNUT
MUSHROOM

Culinary Uses:  Chestnut mushrooms are versatile in the kitchen. They can be sautéed, grilled, roasted, and incorporated into soups, omelets, pasta, and risotto. They pair well with garlic, onions, herbs, butter, cream, cheese, and other ingredients commonly used in savory recipes. Often used as a substitute for white button mushrooms, offering a slightly deeper flavor profile.

PINK OYSTER

BLACK KING
OYSTER
